Today, we exclusively concentrate on manufacturing PET films. Our buildings, administration and installation engineering are state-of-the-art which need not avoid any comparison with the industry manufacturing PET rigid films throughout the world. The enterprise is led by an excellent team that is composed of members of all fields like production, planning, administration, quality, energy, hygiene, work protection, training courses, etc. – numerously awarded by certifications (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 [based on ISO 22000], BRCGS Class A, SA 8000, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, IFS Logistics, SAM, AEO), which guarantee a permanent audit mode on account of their integration.
Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP) is a prerequisite of the certifications according to FSSC 22000 as well as BRCGS and is the basis of our production.

Another essential component of our corporate policy is to guarantee a constant product safety to our customers by offering them permanent traceability. Based on SAP, we exercise the exchange of information with our customers in our own IT division starting from the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) up to the invoicing by means of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

UNSTRETCHED PET FILMSTranslation:
European manufacturers define use of recycled material / commitment for quality and environment

The members of EuPET, the European organization for unstretched polyester films (Avenue de Cortenbergh 66, B-1040 Brussels), have admitted to a common quality standard which also defines the use of recycled material clearly. In detail:

Pharmamed films which are used for packaging medical devices and pharmaceuticals must not contain any recycled materials. They are only made out of virgin PET raw material.

Food films for packaging food stuffs may contain recycled material taken from the in-house production, however, from no external recyclates. Thus, the EuPET companies want to make sure that no materials of unknown origin get into the food stuff films.

Non-food and recycling films which may be employed for all non-food packages may contain both in-house and external recyclates. The amount of the recyclate portion is determined by the manufacturer of the films himself and depends upon the subsequent use of the film.

Members of EuPET are the following companies: Akerlund & Rausing, Sweden; Carolex-Packaging, France; Fiap, Italy; Sichtpack Hagner GmbH, Germany; Hoechst AG, Germany; Lawson Mardon Thermoplastics, UK; Montonate SpA, Italy; Riflex-Folien-Vertriebs GmbH, Germany; Savinil, Italy; Senoplast, Austria; Seufert Verpackungen GmbH, Germany; Stäger + Co AG, Switzerland.

Service means for us in its basic meaning
to provide good service for our customers with the objective of complying with their variegated requirements.

Starting with the project phase, packaging consultancy via sampling
and supply to the point of production support, elaboration of common
IT solutions such as:
- VMI – Vendor Managed Inventory
- EDI – Electronic Data Interchange, etc., we accompany you professionally with passion and commitment.
With our information,
we help our customers
to react fast to the continuously changing requirements of the markets – particularly for the packaging
of sensitive products.

We underwrite the product safety by a permanent audit mode.
State-of-the-art technical and communications systems
support the whole team.
For instance: Optical film web control system, digital all-over traceability, Digital Roll Data Collection (RDH), Integrated Management System (IMS), external product testing, management system for food safety, IFS logistics.
Our films are manufactured under hygienically unobjectionable conditions on state-of-the-art installations.
The production is controlled digitally and monitored by a management team who are supported by the latest
information technology.

Core of our internal logistics is a pallet transport system across the buildings linking the machine centres among themselves as well as the shipping area with the central pallet storage area among each other.
Highly motivated and qualified teams organise complex processes, using modern data processing, storage and conveying technology. We always keep updated through logistics-specific training courses.
